  • To place an order online you need to log into an account. If you do not have an account, you should first register on our website.
  • Once you have logged into your account, you can add items to your cart by clicking the basket icon.
  • Proceed to checkout, fill in all relevant areas, and complete the order.

If the item you are purchasing shows a red sign stating it is “Out of Stock” and you can still purchase it, this means the item is temporarily unavailable. The item will be backordered once your order goes through processing.

The term ‘backorder’ refers to items which were unavailable at the time of purchasing, and have been put on order with the supplier/manufacturer. Backorders generally take approximately 6-8 working weeks to be fulfilled by the manufacturer.

We will keep you updated throughout on the progress of your order via email. For further updates you can use our ‘Track My Order’ service here.

If you decide to cancel/return your order you can do so by:
  • Go to ‘My Account’
  • Open your Orders
  • Choose the items you want to return and click ‘Return Item’
  • Complete the steps explaining why you wish to return the item/s
  • In the event of damage please provide images of the damage
  • Print out the address and unique reference number provided
  • Include the cut-out reference number inside of the returns package (this will help us identify the returns sender and the reason for returns)
  • Post the package to the address provided (you will have to bear the cost of return; T&Cs apply)
Your refund can take up to 30 days to be processed, your bank can take up to 7 working days to receive the refund once processed.

If you have a SKU/part number and you would like to check whether we stock this item, all you need to do is enter the number into our search bar (top right corner).
If the item you are looking for is an OEM part, then you should open the ‘Parts Catalogue’ tab where you will also find a search bar.
If you cannot seem to find the item you are looking for, or if you think we can find it for you, please contact us using the contact information at the bottom of our website, or message on live chat.

To find genuine OEM parts for your bike you should:
  • Open the ‘Parts Catalogue’
  • Select the brand of your bike
  • Select the year/ Euro it classifies under
  • Select the model of the bike
To find genuine OEM parts for your bike you should:
  • For any parts use the search bar in the ‘All’ tab
  • To look at parts within the bike’s frame and electric components, click on the ‘Frame’ tab and find the section the part is located in
  • For parts withing the engine, click on the ‘Engine’ tab
  • For any OEM accessories click the ‘Accessories’ tab

You can browse through our website and add items to your basket without an account. However, to place an order you will have to either ‘Log In’ or ‘Create an Account’, unfortunately, there is no option to checkout as a guest. For information on your rights and our Privacy Policy look here

To apply for Klarna finance, you will need to be able to provide the following:
Your phone number
Email Address
Current billing address
A valid debit/credit card
In addition to this, you will need to provide 3 years’ worth of address history, be able to demonstrate an income, and provide a form of photo ID such as a driving license or passport.

With ‘Klarna's Pay in 3’ finance, this option gives you the flexibility to pay for your order in 3 interest-free instalments over a 60-day period.

During the checkout process, choose the ‘Klarna Pay in 3’ option at checkout, and your order will be split into 3 payments. The first payment is made at the point of purchase, and the remaining two instalments are scheduled automatically every 30 days.
